Sleep has Finally Arrived

What is it that almost every new parent complains about? SLEEP! What is worse than you not getting any sleep? Your kids not getting any sleep!

My poor little Grayson has been suffering from night terrors for over a year now. They are terrifying to watch and unfortunately, according to his pediatrician, seem to be a phase that he will simply outgrow. He seems to experience them more often when he is over tired. Maybe he decided to protest his nap a few days in a row, or had a few late to bed nights. Either way, they are NO fun! Imagine your child screaming, thrashing, pointing, talking, calling out for you and you are right there, but it is as though you are a complete stranger. We have experienced nights where Grayson would have muscle spasm like movements, scream and cry for me. When I would go to soothe and comfort him, his episode would become drastically worse.

Now on to my littlest one. She has been waking 3-4 times a night for the last 3 months to comfort nurse due to her aching gums from teething. Thanks to my recent discovery of Camilia teething medicine, I have been able to help soothe her pain a bit, but sleepless nights still are too frequent for our growing girl.

My husband, myself, the baby, and our twoddler all are in the same room. So, when one is up because of teething pain or night terrors, well, we all are up. I began my trial of the Dohm-NSF Sleep Conditioner last Wednesday evening, the 5th, and have been using it every night since. Honestly, this machine is my Magic Machine! Wednesday night, I opened my Dohmie Sleep Bundle box. Inside was a bedtime story for my little ones, an informative sleep insert, and the Magic Box, my Dohm-NSF Sleep Conditioner. I immediately plugged it in to hear what it sounded like. The Dohm features two speeds but the tone and volume are completely up to your preference with just a simple twist. Wednesday evening when we went to bed I simply turned it on the lowest speed and Magic happened that night! Grayson stirred very little, but NEVER woke up...actually snored! This is an amazing difference from his usual stirring all night and night terrors. Starr, who usually wakes 3-4 times a night, only woke 1 time! My husband, who ALWAYS complains of not sleeping well, woke rested, refreshed, and feeling like he slept for days! Myself, being a mother and waking at every little whimper, I slept so deeply.
