A typical Saturday in our house consists of the three S's! Seven Month Photos, Stache's (Mustaches that is!) and Salvation Army delivery. Not every Saturday of course, but that is what this last Saturday consisted of! We woke and did our normal humdrum routine of breakfast (2 for Grayson!) watching a little T.V., etc. Then we took down our Christmas Tree:( Put away all the Christmas decorations...(Tear!) This got us in the mood for getting rid of some unnecessary toys!
Grayson was spoiled this year for Christmas...Ridiculous...completely out of my control as Family was the culprit of this. So, naturally we took some older toys or toys that he isn't as interested in and donated them to the Salvation Army. It is one of my parenting goals to teach Grayson the importance of giving to others in any way that is possible. With that being said...also teaching him to do it with an open and kind heart, willingly , instead of out of obligation or in obedience of what Mommy or Daddy say! This is something that I would like to instill early on. We will see how this goes.....
We then decided it was about time to take Starr's 7 Month Pics...a little behind. While in the spirit of picture taking we decided to FINALLY open up the fake Mustaches that we got for Christmas!! FUN!!! Although Starr began eating hers at one point.....and so the 3 S's!!!
